[Emerging-Sigs] Sid 8000!

Somewhat off-topic for our usual posts here, we're approaching Signature
ID 8000 (I just committed 2007990!). An interesting milestone I think.
We have at last count 6,235 active signatures in the main rulesets.
That's not counting another couple thousand in the dynamic rulesets and
such.

Many over the last 6 years have come and gone and generally we don't
reuse SIDs. But the 8,000 mark signifies a lot of work by the Emerging
team and the community. That many rules have come, been tested, some
tossed out, but the vast majority staying put and doing a lot of good in
a LOT of places.

While milestones in this sense don't mean much, just more rules. I'd
like to use it as a reminder to say thanks to the community.  Lots of
good has come from your submitted rules, ideas, samples, intelligence,
and most importantly false positive reports.

You rock!
