[Emerging-Sigs] New Hotmail Sigs

Hotmail has changed, breaking the old signatures. Rouke de Jong sent in 
an updated set to catch the live.com stuff.

These are in the policy section as usual, sids 2008238-2008242. These 
replace 2000035-2000039 (some golden oldies there!).

The old sigs are commented out for now, will delete them in the not too 
distant future. If you see a rush of users hitting hotmail it's not a 
new trend in workplace screwing off, just wasn't being seen for a short 
time there.
