[Emerging-Sigs] Classification changes?

The new classification.config is the same as the one distributed by
Suricata 5 and can be found at
https://github.com/OISF/suricata/blob/a1ee536daa8ba5519745d6a1d3c4a6016a85eb7f/etc/classification.config

We do need to update ours in the Suri5 repo to reflect this, thanks for
letting us know!
